where in France does the euro tunnel arrive if leaving from Dover, UK.?

I would like to go camping in france and travel over on the eurotunnel. I’d prefer to stay at a camp site a maximum of 1 hours drive away from the tunnel station. Can you make any recommendations on camp sites you may have visited.

What type of id check is carried out on the ferry or on the train from france to england? Do they always check? Is an identity card which says your a national of a european country enough?
