Hi, there is no such thing as good morning in french. We just say “bonjour”.
For “good afternoon”… Well, you only say it when you leave someone. It is “bon après-midi”. Which means something like “(have a) good afternoon”.
If it is late in the afternoon, you can say “bonne fin d’après-midi” (have a good “end of afternoon”). That one is not easy to translate into proper english, but i think you’ll understand.
